You do realize that the effects are pretty much the same as a the human saiyan version Super Saiyan 4, right? Even the power level requirement is the same as the human saiyan version of super saiyan 4. The only difference is the appearance and the name of the transformation.

Ok, I checked on it again. It now see that Saiyan half breeds are more OP then pure breeds. XD
