Name: Power Relay Limiter Removal

Appearance: Kai's Purple aura will flare up much more than normal and his eyes will begin to glow while his hair spikes up.

Effects:

Strength and Speed multipliers for his current upgrade level are doubled.

His Endurance Multiplier is halfed.

His Ki and Fighting Skill multipliers are left the same.

Explanation/Example:

In Upgrade 1 all stats are multiplied by 2. In this transformation the Strength and Speed multipliers would be raised to 4 while Endurance multiplier would be reduced to 1. Ki and Fighting skills would remain 2.

Requirements: This transformation may only be accessed when Kai expereinces extreme stress to his body or to his mind. This can be in the form of rage, fear, sadness, or any combination of negative feelings if they reach a certain level of extremity. If it is only activated by his physical limits being stress he must be severely outmatched by his foe(At least five posts into the battle before this can become completely evident). He must have received at least his first upgrade before his systems can handle removing his Power Relay Limiter.

That is a possibility, although Limiters are present in many devices, specifically motor vehicles of the sproty variety. It shuts the engine off after a certain speed is reached to prevent injury and/or death. I used Limiter Removal for lack of a better word combination, plus, it fits.
