This is the massive building dedicated to the Collision Special Ops. This is very hi tech and has the tightest security in the universe.
The two star Dragonball is here. You must post 5 times looking through the
barracks of the field test for the ball. If someone makes the 5 posts before you then they
receive the ball not you. You may not teleport here using Instant Transmission,
you must completely stop what you are doing and teleport to a populated area
(Such as a City) then fly here. If you pick up the ball

Arriving in the general area of the signal, Hyede set down in front of a huge office building. Refining the scale displayed on the radar, Hyede noted that it was like the previous ball, coming from the building it’s self.

Deciding not to waste time again, Hyede lifted off one more and ascended strait to the roof to see of he could spot the ball there. Setting down, the young man started to walk about the gravel covered roof in search of his quarry.

After a few minutes though it became evident that the ball was not in fact on the roof. Becoming a little annoyed at how these things tend to hid them selves, Hyede refined the scale as much as he could and proceeded to walk to where the signal was emanating from.

Finding one of the building’s air intake vents, Hyede noticed that the protective grill had been punctured by an object roughly twice the size of his fist. Reasoning that the ball must be inside the ductwork somewhere bellow, the young man stooped down and reached inside.

Feeling around the inside, Hyede fund the ball almost immediately as it was resting on two of the anti burglar bars inside the vent. Pulling the ball out, Hyede stood up and quickly deposited it into one of the pouches he’d made for them on his belt and suspenders and then lifted off to head back for his ship.
