When one dies, when they're already dead, they are erased. You may not erase someone from existence unless you have a very logical in character reason for doing so.
Even so, don't fret. Being erased isn't as easy as being killed. You no longer have the burdens of eating, breathing or drinking. It's much harder to quell the lives of souls, than to stop the breathing of a mortal.
When you are erased there is only one way to be wished back to existence, and that's through the Black Star Dragonballs. If you do not wish to wait you must restart, however you we never truely make you restart.
You must create a new character, no zenie or anything carries over. Your post count from your original character is sliced in half and given to your new character. That is all that carries over.
