Saga events don't count as defects, especially when you are in control of the saga by a good deal. That's no excuse for making overpowered transformations. I'm not saying don't be creative, but make transformations that are on par with those allowed at the specified PL. The standard Transformation list for Humans in the Rules is a good base. You can make em slightly stronger than that, though.
