The Universal Republic Dojo

Welcome the dojo hosted by the Collision Special Ops unit. Only members of the Collision Special Ops may learn techniques for free from this dojo. Non members must pay a 5000 zenie fee for each technique learned.

You MUST have the required Element before learning any of these techniques.

Any attack takes 20 posts to learn and 10 more to upgrade. All posts must be in this thread to count.

Basic Attacks

Must have Fire Element to learn

Wall Of Flame
-Creates a massive wall of flame around the caster deflecting any attack strong or less, and doing medium damage to anyone who comes in contact with it
-One use per battle

Dawn Of Fire
-Very Strong-
-Caster's eyes turn bloodshot red, as the user throws multiple balls of fire into the sky. The balls split apart in mid air and rain down on the battle field

Flaming Cage of Hell
-Use creates a cage of fire around the victim trapping him/her inside for 3 posts
-Two uses per battle

Spectral Flames
-Medium-
User engulfs their hands in fire, this can be used to increase physical strength by 5, or launched as medium attacks.
-Stat increase lasts 5 posts
-One use per battle

Circles Of Inferno
-Weak-
Creates small balls of fiery KI energy and throws them at the opponent, each doing moderate damage

Must have Water Element To learn

Flood
-Floods the entire area making moving much harder
-Land stays flooded for 30 posts (Floods entire sub board)
-One use per week

Geyser
-A pillars of steaming hot water sprout up all over the battlefield
-Limits maneuverability and slightly burns anyone it touches
-Lasts 10 posts, one sue per two days

Typhoon
-Ultimate-
-Can only be used near water
-Channels energy to summon a monstrous typhoon that decimates the area

Hurricane Category 2
-Strong-
-Creates a mini hurricane that does moderate damage to your enemy and soaks the land around you

Acidic Rainstorm
-Strong-
-User forces the sky to rain acid, burning everything it touches

Water Explosion
-Very Strong-
Creates a massive ball of water and throws it at the enemy.
One it comes in contact it explodes and floods the area
Flooding stays for 10 posts

Must Have Earth Element to learn

Earth Tremors
-Strong-
-Cause the ground the shake causing mini Earthquakes

Gravity Increase
-Increasing the gravity of the current planet x10, subtract -10 from speed to every person on the planet
-Gained back after you leave the planet
-Lasts 10 posts

Sandstorm
-Creates a massive sandstorm that limits vision of everyone in the area
-Lasts 10 posts
-One use per battle

Quicksand
-Caster morphs the ground under the enemy into quicksand causing the enemy to sink helplessly into the ground
-Enemy is trapped for 5 posts, after 5 posts are up he/she rises back to the surface and the Quicksand disappears
-One use per battle

Mudslide
-Strong-
-Caster creates a massive mudslide that does considerable damage to a foe

Must have Wind Element To Learn

Twister
-Very Strong-
Creates a powerful tornado that rips through almost anything

Tornado Fist
-Medium-
-Spins arms around and around and causes wind to spiral all around your arms. These mini tornadoes can be launched causing medium damage each, or used to increase strength by 5 for 10 posts
-One use per battle

Spiral Gale
-Strong-
-Creates a drill of wind that strikes the opponent, very hard to see

Lift
-User creates a cloud of wind that lifts the enemy, user, or both up into the air
-Lasts as long as needed

Sonic Boom
-Weak-
Throws a small wind ball at the enemy doing minimal damage

Must have thunder element to learn these techniques

Tesla Cage Weak

Surrounds the user in an electric protective shield that damages attacker's using physical attacks

Inflicts minimal damage to attackers that use physical attacks. Protects against physical attacks aswell as weak and medium ki blasts. Takes 0.5 ki per post to sustain once ki hits 0 user K.O.s.

EMP
-Weak-
-User releases a short range blast that disables electrical equipment for a short time.
-Victim suffers synaptic twitching that stuns them for 1 turn, however if opponent is an android/saiyan android they are stunned for 3 turns.

Charged Strike Strong (Requires Sword of any kind including Ki swords)
-User runs his hand along a blade and transfers some of his lightning to the blade. which increases the strength of his blade
-Each strike makes the effected area numb

Lightning Bomb
-Medium-
-A simple bomb of electricity that's hard to dodge

Kilowatt Punch
-Weak-
-A punch of electricity that numbs the afflicted area

Power Release Ultimate
-Ultimate-
-Releases all electric energy in your body, and your molecular structor goes with it
-Kills caster after use.

Polarity Field
-Creates a static barrier all around the user blocking any medium attacks.
-Weak damage to all that touch it
-Lasts 2 posts
-One use per battle

Thunder Strike
-Strong-
-Forms a thunder bolt in caster's hand and throws it at the opponent
-Any limb it touches goes limp for 2 posts

Lightning Flash
-Blinds the enemy for 2 posts
-One use per battle

Thundershock
-User electrifies hands and places them on an enemy damaging their nerves and lowering their speed by 2
-Lasts 5 posts
-One use every 10 posts

Pulsating Energy
-Strong-
-Caster charges lightning energy inside of them and then launches it out of every part of their body

Upgrades

Hurricane Category 5 (Hurricane Category 2)
-Ultimate-
-Completely floods the entire subboard you are in for 10 posts

Thunder and Lightning Maelstrom (Thunder Strike + Lightning Flash)
-Ultimate-
-Summons Dozens of Thunder Bolts that rain down from the sky and the resulting lightning flashes cause blindness in the enemy

The one star Dragonball is here. You must post 5 times looking through the
barracks of the field test for the ball. If someone makes the 5 posts before you then they
receive the ball not you. You may not teleport here using Instant Transmission,
you must completely stop what you are doing and teleport to a populated area
(Such as a City) then fly here. If you pick up the ball
